Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason . After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund, including standard shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping from your home to our address.

Products that are hygienic or personal in nature , custom-made , or delivered sealed and of which the seal has been broken, cannot unfortunately be returned .
How do you return a product?

Send an email to info@wevelnit.com with your order number and the products you wish to return.

You will receive instructions from us for the return process.

Please return the product to the specified return address within 14 days of cancellation.

Once we receive the product in good condition, we will process the refund within 5 business days via the original payment method.
