These terms and conditions apply to all orders, offers, agreements and deliveries from Wevelnit, both in the Netherlands and Belgium.
3. Offer and products
Wevelnit offers a carefully selected range of useful and affordable products that simplify everyday life. Think of home accessories, gadgets, and educational toys. We make every effort to describe the products accurately and completely. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding.
4. Orders and agreements
An agreement is concluded once you have placed an order through our webshop and received confirmation by email. Wevelnit reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information.
5. Prices and payment
All listed prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated. Payment must be made using the payment methods offered in the webshop. Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.
6. Shipping and delivery
Wevelnit delivers to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium. We strive to deliver your order within the specified delivery time, but we cannot guarantee this. Delays do not entitle you to compensation.
7. Returns and right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund, including shipping costs, provided the product is in its original condition.

Wevelnit is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of our products, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Our liability is limited to the purchase price.

11. Applicable law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual agreement. If this is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
